1. Almond Oil & Milk
Almond cures diseases of the digestive system such as constipation. Add 1 teaspoon almond oil to 1 glass of warm milk to cure constipation.
2. Carrot Juice
Add 50 ml. spinach juice and 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice to 1 glass of carrot juice and mix it well and drink it daily once a day.
3. Banana Milk
Banana is rich in dietary fiber which helps to cure constipation and piles. Roughly chop 2 fully ripe bananas. Add these chopped bananas in 150 ml milk. Add 1 teaspoon honey and blend in a blender to make a banana smoothie and drink it daily in the day time.
4. Beetroot Juice
Take 100 ml beetroot juice. Add 25 ml of carrot juice and 25 ml tomato juice to it. You can also add 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice and black salt as per taste. Mix it well. Drink it daily once a day. it cures constipation within a few days.
Grind 50 gm fresh coriander leaves. Add 1/4 teaspoon black salt and 2 pinches of black pepper powder in it. Eat it daily once or twice a day. Doing it continuously for few days improves digestion and cures constipation.
Take 100 ml tomato juice. Add 1 teaspoon fresh mint leaves juice, 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice, 1/4 teaspoon Epsom salt and 1 teaspoon black mustard seeds powder to it and mix it well. Drink this tomato juice daily in the morning and its evening. it cures constipation, intestinal worms, and pimples. It also cures darkness of skin.
