If they’re on a public walkway or in a public place, it’s considered fair comment in most jurisdictions. The legal question is whether they had a right to privacy in the place you photograph them.
What is the law pertaining to filming people doing illegal drugs?
Like on true life, theres footage of these people (apparently) doing serious, illegal drugs. What is the legal sense behind filming something like that? Can it not be used to incriminated based on some kind of journalistic freedom?
